 ABOUT THE TETON MOUNTAIN RANCH

In beautiful Teton valley -- where the winters are long
and deep and the summers are short and gorgeous!


Elk in Teton Valley, IdahoThe Bagley Ranch has been in operation since the late 1800's, at which time we were raising sheep, hay, grain and potatoes and had a small dairy. Over the years we have changed from sheep to beef cattle, and today it is still a working ranch with beef, hay and grain.
 
Now doing business as Bagley’s Teton Mountain Ranch, the fourth generation has diversified by adding elk to the operation.  We want to share what we have learned about these beautiful, majestic animals and are now taking horse-drawn wagon rides through our elk in the summer and horse-drawn sleigh rides in the winter.  Our herd consists of over 100 head–bulls, cows and calves.

Many hours have been spent in the Big Hole Mountains on the west side of beautiful Teton Valley herding sheep or cattle.  We experience the beauty of the National Forest on a daily basis.  Come and share the Big Hole Mountains with us as we take you on a mountain trail ride.
